Our hours of operation for delivery are Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. GMT, excluding weekends and most fundamental UK holidays. Orders will ship 1-2 business day after you order.

Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.
Unspoiled goods may be exchanged or refunded if returned within 14 days of order along with proof of purchase.
Soiled goods will not be considered for exchange or refund. This does not affect your statutory rights. When returning goods please include full contact details, proof of purchase and reason for exchange or refund. GlowGlow will not be responsible for returned goods that are lost in transit it is advised to post Recorded Delivery.
Please note, goods will only be considered for exchange or refund if they are clean and dry and in new condition. If returned and are not in new condition they will be posted back to you and no refund will be issued.

Made to measure items that are based on customer measurements and Personalised Items are non refundable/ non exchangeable so please check the measurements you make and wording, double check them and then check them again before sending them.
Refunds will usually be issued back onto the payment method by which you made the initial purchase within 21 days of GlowGlow receiving the item/s back in new condition minus the cost of initial postage. If you would prefer a different payment method, please contact us.
